Okay, I posted that in 2014 and it's 2018 right now... amost 2019. And a lot of things have chaged in this map like:

I added a lot of new roads, strutures, neighborhoods, train lines so on.
And I accidently opened this 1.5.2 file in a 1.12.2 minecraft. So it's edges will be messy and eh, that's it.

What that for a tool you used for the first picture and does it still work in 1.13.x

Yeah, it works in 1.13. And, with "tool", you mean, the mod I used that has this full screen map? If so, it's Journeymap Mod for 1.12.2. I think this mod is still not available for 1.13
