I can't start the map because the first 2 baby zombies generate so many arrows it literally crashes my game. This is the first minecraft map that has ever done that.

ok to prevent the starting lag then rung the command /kill @e[type=Squid]

The game was created in 1.8.1 so other versions may cause more lag. try backdating or avoid using the arrow towers

I didn't even build any towers yet. The first wave just started with two baby zombies running towards me. Arrows then started shooting out of them in huge quantities.

Yeah. There isn't much that can be done about that. But if you remove them with the tower removers that have a chance of spawning in the chest then you can remove them and replace them with another tower
