DodgeBlock
DodgeBall within MineCraft.

Hey there! I've added DodgeBall to Minecraft!
This allows you to have fights with what I like to call, "DodgeBlocks".
But so far, it's only in Beta, so support is highly appreciated!!!
Also, make sure you're using Minecraft 1.9!

Who made this

This was completely by me and only me.
The map was built by me, and the commands were typed in by me.
Also, the idea of putting DodgeBall into Minecraft was thought and planned by me without seeing other Minecraft DodgeBall creations.
Infact, after I came up with the idea, I searched up Minecraft Dodgeball and found a plugin that sucked. That was it.
So, I'm not copying anyone.

How to install
If you already know how to download and install Minecraft Worlds, then skip this.

If not, then here's how!

1. Click the download button
2. Go to your downloads folder and copy the " DodgeBlock | V1 " zip file
3. Enter the ".minecraft" folder and then the "saves" folder
4. Paste
5. Unzip/Extract the zip file
6. Open Minecraft 1.9
7. Enjoy!

How to enter 1.9

1. Open the launcher
2. Look at the bottom left.
3. Click the "New Profile" button
4. Name it "Snapshots" or whatever you want.
5. Scan down until you find the checkbox called "Enable experiemental development versions ( Snapshots )"
6. Check it.
7. Hit done
8. Pick the profile you created
9. Hit play
10. Enjoy!

How to use
You could read this boring tutorial... OR find out on your own. Your choice :)

The Inventory
When you spawn in, you'll be in Creative mode with nothing in your inventory. /color]
I forgot to set it back to Survival after I took the pictures, so... I recommend going into survival for the best experience!

Now, there are many buttons before you. If they don't have names above them, find the button that's on the green clay and hit it. This will respawn the names.

To get started, let's grab a DodgeBlock. Do this by hitting the "DodgeBlock" button.
Now, you have a bow, shield, lapis/redstone block, and an arrow in your inventory.

The shield allows you to block attacks.
The bow allows you to fire your DodgeBlock.
And the block is just there to make it look cool. ( If you pull back your bow in third-person, you'll see that your player looks like he's putting the dodgeball into the bow ).
The arrow is there to ruin your life. That's why it tells you to pretend it's not there. ( Jk it's so you can fire the bow )

The DodgeBlock
If you shoot the DodgeBlock into the ground, you'll notice that it goes from arrow to a block on the ground. Also, your inventory is cleared. To pick the DodgeBlock back up, just walk onto it. That easy. BUT you must not already have a DodgeBlock to pick up a DodgeBlock.

The PowerBlocks
But normal DodgeBlocks are kinda boring, don't you agree? No? Oh...
Anyways, I think they are. And because of this, I created the PowerBlocks.
These are DodgeBlocks that effect the players around them. Currently there are only 3, but I'm planning on adding more.
To use a PowerBlock, hit one of the 3 buttons: BlindingBlock, Levi-Block, or SlowBlock.
A "PickUp" will spawn in the middle, and you can walk onto it to grab it.

Now, you have a PowerBlock. The inventory is the same as the DodgeBlock inventory, just different looks, names, and definitions. If you throw the PowerBlock, it will give players within a radius of 3 blocks the effect for 4 seconds. For example, throwing the Levi-Block will give you levitation. Same with the others.

Once the PowerBlock hits the ground, it is permanent and cannot be picked up. It can only be removed by hitting the "Remove Entities" button.

The PowerBlocks are very cool, and each have their own looks and effects.
The Levi-Block floats up and down, shooting out sparks on it's way up. When it's moving up, it effects all players within 6 blocks with levitation, and players within 3 blocks with a stronger levitation.
The BlindingBlock has smoke coming out of it, and blinds players within 6 blocks.
The SlowBlock has a cool cloud above it, which drops snowflakes onto the ground! All players within 6 blocks recieve slowness. And every 2 blocks it strengthens from slowness to slowness 2 to slowness 3.
