I created it first with stone blocks then I used MCedit to substitute the stone blocks for water(still) blocks :)
by the way I was inspired by this vid which had a dolphin in it made from water :)

I used Binvox to make this project
Binvox is a program that let's you see .obj as blocks which is very usefull in minecraft because you use blocks to create something :)
and I used viewvox to build it by hand
