Only things i find mildly infuriating are the fact that the strays drop arrows of slowness, not bullets and other enemies drop their drops - only good drops i see is the fact that skeletons drop bullets, and the rocket launcher only shoots rockets when they are in your off hand.
To have unbreakable things, do:


/give @s minecraft:YOURITEM 1 0 {Unbreakable:1}

So, for an unbreakable shotgun, do:

/give @s minecraft:bow 1 0 {Unbreakable:1}

Also, I think that, if you make the DOOM texture pack, you can use pirate speak to have bullets called bullets, the rocket launcher called a rocket launcher, the chainsaw called a chainsaw, ETC.
