Drachenhalle is the capital of the Empire of the Dragon, or Reich des Drachen. The Reich is led by Raoul IV. This city is based off Medieval European Cities, Compact and Tightly packed. It is currently only the outlining. Only the castle is somewhat done. The castle is named Hohe Drachenfelle, after a ruined German castle along the Rhine River.
