How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is a map that I started working on in 2012 and finally finished in 2019. Since I started so long ago it was on a superflat world and I got a lot better at building as I went on. And once Dragon Ball Super came out I had to add the Tournament of Power stage in the end. I also added a story mode so you could do missions instead of just exploring.
