This is Dragonslayer from the Manga/Anime, Berserk. Despite the name it has never been used to slay a dragon.
This massive greatsword is wielded by Guts. Due to being marked by demons with the Brand of Sacrifice, Guts' life is now an eternal struggle. Because Guts has felled countless demons with this incredible sword, it has somehow become imbued with the abyss itself.
