DUAL BINARY ENCODER/DECODER
Hi there!
Today I would like to showcase a new contraption I have built, of which I am calling "Dual-Binary." The reason I am calling it dual-binary, is because it is a way to send two binary signals, down the same redstone line, and into a decoder (or a series of) to get the individual outputs. Either off, "a" on, "b" on, or all on.
