Duco - Dual Decoration Housing

   Welcome to another build of mine, I resolved to make my builds completed in a single day, in this case, I started today and finished today xD. Took around 3 to 4 hours to think and accomplish. Alot of people are starting to make some modern housing mixed with texture packs, shading and perhaps mods to juice it up.

FUN FACT: This project was initally supposed to be called "Casing", but it would be related to bookcases, which isn't really modern-sounding (in my opinion). 

   The screenshots include:

ModernHD Texture Pack by Mikeyto1o (recommended for modern downloads)

Features:
- Two housing compartments joined together at their vertices (makes up the stairwell)
- Living room and kitchen+dining in one compartment, single bedroom and bathroom in the other
- Slab gardens located outside the second compartment
- Driveway beneath the house
- (extra) Desert village facing ahead of the house
