NOTICE: With the latest updates (increased build height namely) we are going to be completely rebuilding the landscape making the land/walls/mountain/docks bigger and more unique. Also......
We are currently putting this work on hold (sorry I know its annoying when this happens to projects). We will be coming back to this project when the correct inspiration hits us.
This is the begining of a great dwarven city, the landscape is handcrafted taking over a day to build up from the sea. Taking inspiration from WOW, DnD and many other games, as well as other builds such as those done by FyreUK and many others.
To Do List
Build the landscape.
Fill in the Eyrie and create lookout posts/rest stations in or on the other pillars.
Create villages near the lake and other around the mountain.
Build the docks and entrance to the city.
Build the inner fotress and forge inside the mountain.
Build the rest of the city.
Feel free to make suggestions and comment on how we're going.
While this build is on a server, it will be eventually be made for download and hopefully a scehmatic created.
PS: We are currently using the defult texture but if any one knows of an appropriatly dwarvish textue pack please link. Otherwise we will be using Dokucraft.

We've started construction on the docks and have made a fair amount of headway, the gate is still a work in progress and the Eyrie has been moved to the ocean, near to where it was and is starting to be built in.

feel to the buildings inside, like the mountain dwarfs and the hill
dwarves. The Norse/Skyrim idea sounds great. :)
