easiest underwater base creation

okay i have not done this yet but this is the simplest design. i got this from mokeyfarms on youtube this is not mine but it needed to be posted i think. you will need to plan the dimensions for the base and clear the floor of the ocean where you want the base. then you build the bottom on top of the water out of any gravity-defying block (anything that stays where its put instead of falling when reset) then you create the base out of sand on the platform. when you break the gravity-defying platform the sand will fall to the bottom. cover it in glass or whatever gravity-defying block you want. if you did this right the blocks should stay in place and you can remove the sand. voila! instant underwater base! you can use fence gates signs trapdoors or doors to make entrances or exits that wont fill your base with water

Additional Notes

glowstone is multi-purpose in this design, it makes light and defies gravity so you can build with it underwater. the picture is from monkeyfarms' underwater base episode ill put a link to the video here too
