Requirements:
Before downloading, note you need the latest 1.5 snapshot, or 1.5 release. [13w07a+]

Description:
This is a very easy way to add a Capture The Flag system into your PvP arenas/maps. Just add in these flag systems and you're pretty much done :3

What it does:
o General CTF usability (Red picks up Blue team's flag, then they bring it back to red base to capture.)
o Safeguard (If a player dies, they 'drop' the flag.)
o Includes a simple spawn system to join teams.

Custom Setup:
If you plan to use your own world, make sure you create the following:
Teams:
red
blue
Objectives:
redflag
blueflag

There's unfortunately no efficient possible way (that I know of) to do what you said.
You could have a command block running "testfor @a[team=red,score_blueflag_min=1]" constantly updating but that wouldn't be very efficient as it would be very prone to breaking.

Actually, there is an efficent way to do it that I made, whenever someone tries to take the flag it tests wether their 'rflag' or 'bflag' score, if it's 0 then they can take it, if it's 1 then they have it, and if it's 2 then someone already has it and they can't take it.

I've also used simillar safe guards to make sure that like in most CTF games, your flag needs to be at home so you can return yours.

Or have a T-Flip Flop connected connected to the quartz that activeats the first command block so that if any people try to steal the flag again they wont be able to untill the person w/ flag hace captured it (you could use wireless redstone to connect the signal from the capped flag to the other end of the T-Flip Flop I know this is kinda hard to understand I can show in game really well. but It's hard for me to explain it.

I think I understand what you mean, but using scoreboard values cuts down on a lot of the redstone, connecting a clock which checks for the players flag value before continuing means that the majority of the mechanism can be done without the need for physical redstone, though using the scoreboard may be more time consuming.
