It's simple!

I was bored, so I started building and playing with stuff like wool and stonebricks. I just thought about some sort of complex with small apartments but filled with everything a minecraftplayer necessarily needs, like an oven or a workbench. I thought about building it in a more modern style and so I just built it.

Maybe some server owner or city builder can use this little complex several times like in a row, so player can maybe rent a apartment.
