That being said, Here are some things to improve your map:
1. Besides hatching chickens from eggs or via ChickenBot there is not really an end goal. perhaps it would be more fun if you added that.
2. One way of expanding could be to have upgrades (in whatever you you'd see fit). I was kind of disappointed that there were none.
3. A new player starts in gamemode creative. it is better to start with gamemode adventure for a map like this.
4. getting a boatload of eggs is kind of annoying when it fills up the hotbar, perhaps there's a way to fix that.
Besides all that, this really is a good concept executed well. Keep up the good work!
You are right, the game play is simple and there is no ending. My goal was just to finish the map as fast as possible, so I cut a lot of features. This is sort of a beta version, but I'll try to release an alpha with more fleshed out game play. Spawning in creative mode was a bug. I updated the map so anyone who downloads it now should spawn in adventure mode. The inventory overflow problem is kind of funny, but not intended. I think I'll move the button downstairs and add some shulker boxes so players have more storage.
Right click that one and spawn 10 chickens or something.
Idk.
