you do /scoreboard teams add {your team name}
press enter, then do /scoreboard teams option {your team name} {a colour} , then
press enter again and finally you do /scoreboard teams join {your team name}

(also you can do /scoreboard teams option friendlyfire false to
make it so that you can't hit your own team mates)
