This empty map is suitable to build large buildings, adventure maps and skylands, because the configuration of the map generator dont let generate any block far and wide. Only the Spawn is a small platform from which you can build away.

Diese Leere Karte ist dazu geeignet grosse Bauwerke, Adventure Maps und Skylands zu bauen, da auf ihr dank der Konfiguration des Map Generators kein Block weit und breit generiert werden wird. Nur am Spawn ist eine kleine Plattform von der aus man sich weg bauen kann.

Or you can just go to world settings and set all the layers 0.... and then use /setblock for 1 block!
