Hello!

In my desperation to have a realistic minecraft terrain I sought my way to world machine and worldpainter.
With these tools I am planning to make a super realistic terrain.
I made a very complex world machine 'program' to generate the terrain, and after that I spend hours worldpainting.
Let me know what you think or if you have tips!

thanks! I did not include them in my new build but they are fairly easy to make. I like to simulate underground Rivers that flow from a hole in the ground to the see. Then it is realistic and quite an adventure to discover them :)

Love the pictures! But I can't open the world in mcedit. The file doesn't show up in the import. Can you fix it?

It is only a world file, so there is no Mcedit file involved. If you want I could see if I can add one :)

sure, first I generated the terrain with world machine which makes valleys based on water erosion.


After that I use the following technique: www.planetminecraft.com/project/massive-middle-earth-map/
