You need world edit with either a bukkit server, or single player commands
1) Download the schematic file
2) Open up you're plugins folder, find world edit, and put it in the schematics folder.

3) If using single player commands, somewhere in the .minecraft is the schematics folder i believe

4) While in game type //schem load MCEdit Castle

5) In an open area type //paste
