Rules:
NO BREAKING THE GLASS (except the top, that's fine but not recommended)
NO COMMANDS

     Craft or build
1 diamond pickaxe
1 diamond sword
1 5x5 cube of glass
1 golden apple
1 cake
3 beds
1 jukebox
1 beacon
1 nether portal

Cut down the tree and rebuild it under you; break the glass at the top. ;D Unfortunately you get stuck unless you can jumo down, but you still escaped.
