This is one of the main feature of an old project, extract from the SRTM3 project, a recreation of Italy in scale 1:90.

Welcome in Sicily, to the greatest volcano of Europe!

Under the volcano there are enormous caves covered by magma, and two ways that travel all the entire caldera of the volcano.

One way is completed, the other was is still to be finish.

Enjoy explore this volcano!


As i closed the old STRM3 project, I started a new project called Italy 50 (at this link Italy [Scale 1:50]) which is in progress.

I will recreate the Etna volcano in scale 1:50 and it would be at least 4 time bigger and I will add more ways and complex structure into the volcano.

Unfortunately it's not a texture pack, but a rendering view made with Chunky. All these images are made with this software ;)
