To be exact this is a Scania semi truck. But there is a trend to differentiate between American trucks with a nose and back shifted cabins and usually very noticable exhaust pipes, and European trucks with a flat front and a short, four-wheeled truck. It depends on where these type of trucks are used and because you see this type of truck mostly in Europe, not so often in the USA, it's called "European Semi Truck".
Furthermore, grobi03, who I built this truck for, asked for a European semi truck, so I called the creation exactly like that, so that he immediately knows his request is finished.
