n I have made a mine cart roller coaster. It is very simple, but big. It nis about 3 minutes long. It goes though multiple stages, mostly hill nbiome and cave systems. It was made in creative mode, thus could be nbuilt long.It goes through areas like water tunnels and abandoned mine nshafts. I don't really know what else to say on the general topic. It isn pretty simple. Just hop in the cart, flip a switch and enjoy.
Just in case you were interested, the stages it goes through, in order, are
Hilln biome > Cave > Mineshaft > Cave > Hill Biome > Drop >n Cave > Ocean Tunnel > Big O' Strip of land > Restarts
I'm just going to note that it is more fun if you ride backwards. You see more scenery.
