Honestly i downloaded this for my servers factions spawn and i was EXTREAMLY dissapointed. Yes the build is absolutly beautifal and the landscaping is good. but the problem is... try flying out a little bit. it turns to flat world. they mention nothing about this. it shows land scaping, yet fly out a few hundred blocks and its all a flat world. For people like me how dont know how to do much, and decicde to pick a spawn and dont know how to move the spawn to a world. its a very very big let down. Back to the endless search for a factions spawn
