This is a 150x150 Factions Spawn with a 120 block width from the edge Warzone/PvP Area all the way around. The Spawn includes four towers enclosed by a castle style block wall, an enchant/anvil area, a river around the spawnpoint that leads to another lake with a boat, animals spawners, parkour and a fully custom terraformed Warzone. The Warzone contains custom caves, small organics, trees and other small details. 

Build Time: Around 3 days.
