This is a 130x140 Factions Spawn with a Warzone/PvP Area all the way around the Spawn. The spawn is mainly a castle like structure with enchant/anvil area and spawn point inside. Outside the strcuture there is 2 mini shop areas and a small river. The Warzone contains 1 large mineshaft, some houses and bridges with custom terrain and trees.  

Build Time: Around 4 days.
