I downloaded the schematic and there's no ground underneath it. If you set it flat on the ground in your world, then the underground tunnel isn't there. If you try to place it above ground level, there's no ground underneath it at all so all the tracks fall apart. Sorry, to say, but you made your schematic badly. You only selected what was on the surface. You needed to select what was underground, too, before exporting.
