This map uses the ATLaunchers Yogscast Complete Pack and it should work on any version of it.
This map adds Vaults and Most of the Fallout world into Minecraft. Although it isn't finished you can still play it.
If for some reason the map doesn't work for you switch back to version 2.8.51-RR-YOGS of The Yogscast Complete Pack in the ATLauncher.
Also use the texture pack provided below.
