Basically, I'm going to make this huge mansion with all this fancy stuff surrounding and inside of it, hence "Fancy Estate". Includes dock for boats, stone walkway, wooden bridge, NPC shop and pig stable. Bottom floor is finished, I have yet to add the secpnd floor and furnish it.
