Volt faction.

Located in the middle of open fields of grasslands.

The presumed leader of the faction resides in the building, called the "Tempest". He rules over the monsters in the faction that have electric abilities. He himself is the strongest entity in the faction, using thunder bolts and summoning Charger mobs to fight anyone who dares challenge him.

Having no other tall buildings or trees, all the thunder strikes during a storm hits the top of the building. The power cell absorbs the strike and saves it as a ball of energy on top of the building. Nobody knows what he wants all that power for yet, but the mages of Valor are constantly trying to halt his advances. As long as that is the case, the continent of Valor will stay safe...
