Yeah... you keep expanding the castle and add more, right?
Still, the castle looks very nice and truly defines medieval. You can make around the primary keep a moat or a district to build the armory, bakery and such, then build killboxes or make more walls to secure the perimeter.

Im making a secondary wall, and than a moat around that, the space between the 2 walls is pretty much a kill zone. There are still many more features to add that I forgot to list such as the armory and a cellar as well. There will be a large variety of crafts buildings within the village as well, which also includes another bakery, and butcher and so on.
