The second monthly contest held on the DarwinReforged server was a big one. It involved two teams of over 20 builders each competing for the title of the best elven styled build on the server. This project is the submission that was built by Team two, who's elven themes was wood elf and outcast. The build consists of a haven town that is still at one with nature, with an observatory, many relaxing park and relaxation areas that are spread amongst the bustle of the city.
