It's a block swapper that takes advantage of a glitch with sand or gravel to clip through the block below it and switching places with it. takes about 16 ticks to swap and push up a block, only about 8 to just swap a block

Try recording with MSI-Afterburner (it's an overclocking tool, but has a very great recording tool).

well then bandicam would be my 2nd choice - you already use it as i see.
Try allocating more RAM to minecraft (just google how to)
set the process priority to high when recording (in taskmanager)
and use optifine to reduce lag and get some more fps.
