Financial Center - Des Moines, IA

While not one of the most aesthetically pleasing buildings of the city, the financial center contributes a large portion to the skyline of Des Moines and serves as a functional home to the cities' large financial companies including Wells Fargo Financial. As of 7/19/17, the building only has 3 floors of interior space holding the main lobby, Wells Fargo Financial lobby, various office rooms on the first floor, a waiting room and customer service room on the second floor, and multiple private offices on the third. I do foresee more offices and floors being added in the future but there are other projects with higher priorities at the moment.
