How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

I made this using MCEdit, it's a totally plain flat creative world with goes on for thousands of blocks. The ground is 64 blocks thick with grass on top, then dirt, then stone and a bottom layer of Bedrock. This map is perfect for multiplayer servers if you want to have a creative map and also this map works for Singleplayer and it's set to creative game mode. This map works for Minecraft Alpha to Minecraft 1.0.0 (released recently).
