Flying Cupola

I give to you a tall winged cupola. Why is this cupola flying? Why does it have glowing wings and halos? All very good questions. I have no clue!

You are free to use it however you like. Maybe as a server spawn or a dungeon keeper. Or, heck, just a flying thing up the sky that you'd like to look at.
