Well, my first ever major project I've built in minecraft. The entrance gates contains a collasping sand-floor trap and two lava release buttons, just to deter invaders. On top of the tower, there's a crossbow shaped like a boar's head (made it by accident) which fires 3 flaming arrows. In the center, there's a fountain which contains a labyrinth in it. Rooms not yet built. Huge cannon to be built too.

Note: This ain't an artilary base, I just gave my friend Potpottoptop the power to name it. Aaaand it sounded good, so yeah.

Notes: This construction has been stopped due to lack of interest

Built by: Alloy (me), Potpottoptop and Clover on my Hmod 134 server.

Oh, you know how to control water with redstone?

I basically made a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge hole in the ground, and to the side, i made that thingy shown in the video and placed a torch to put the sand on, then, using torches and sand, I made the floor again. So i just connected redstone to the button on the wall. Sorry if you dont get my explaination, I'll try putting up the world save later.

Right. I did the whole thing, with the mechanism etc. However, the hole needs the water to flow down, and onto the torch, right? However, if the water flows onto the torch, making the sand to fall, won't the water simply fall into the hole, meaning that the person that falls is safe?

Well, basically, I put sand on top of the torch and when the torch breaks, the sand falls.
If the person somehow survives the fall, I put a liiiiil surprise at the bottom too.

Dosent look too shabby. But why did you call it fort howitzer? When Iooked at it I thought it would be an artilary base or sumthin. Am gunna upvote cuz am nice like that. =3

Well, I gave my friend potpottoptop the power to name it. And it sounded preeeeetty good, so ah well. Cannons and artilary shall be added soon!
