Good early survival set up as it has lots of features

-large sugar cane plantation
-decent sized tree farm

-enchanting area
-small nether building
-large house with lots of explored underground area (ravines with ab. mine shafts)
-a chicken and pig farm

-and a fishing wharf
-minecart tracks to other places
-completely turned into a server world
-library

-finished bio cube (36,000 blocks)
-finished meeting place
