How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This parkour map has 4 Columns (As stated in the name.) Each column is unique, green has simple parkour and is quite easy, yellow has jumps to un-extended pistons (Which need to be extended via buttons), orange has jumps to iron bars, and last but certainly not least, red, complex parkour combining all elements, (except for piston jumps on yellow because I'm lazy.)
