According to an esoteric legend, every ten years a rift opens between our world and a cosmic realm. Each time, portals open up between enormous torches built by an ancient civilization that worshipped the sun, the greatest of stars.

You are an ambitious adventurer, always on the lookout for a more and more glorious and dangerous adventure. You've reached a small island overlooking an ancient oceanic gate.

As the sun begins to set, you start running towards the distant horizon.


STRAWBERRY JAM #43: Reach for the Stars

This map was created for a jam, a fun event organized by the CTMC Discord where participants have a span of 7 days to work on a small CTM map. The theme for this jam was Reach for the Stars. Icarus ended up second place.

Note: This is a difficult map. If you've never played a CTM before, this might be a tough introduction!
