how did you get thoose shelf things with the bonnie ears? and how did you get thoose vent block i can go through as in a real vent in fnaf!

i use the resource pack too but i cant find the bonnie ear shelf thing and thoose w\vent blocks i can go through..... can you tell me how to find them?
