Hey guys! ProofDust640 here with a cool minigame for you and your friends to enjoy. First, I'll start with a little backstory. One of my favorite gamemodes to play is Capture the Flag. Then I started thinking about how I could make my own version and give it a little twist. Fun Forts was the result.
Instructions:
[NOTE: In these intructions, I am making the assumption that you know how to set up a server. If you do not, Google is your/color] friend.
1. Download and unzip Fun Forts Untouched. Save it to your dektop.
2. Copy the folder and paste it into your server folder. Name the folder whatever is specified in your "config.txt" file. (Default is "world".)
3. Play with friends. Enjoy!
Detailed rules for gameplay are below.

This is the area where you and your friends will spawn. Notice that the doors each have colored wool above them. These colors correspond to the team you will be on if you go through a certain door. For example, to join the green team, you would walk through the doors under the green wool. The same applies to the red, blue, and yellow teams. You can have as many players on each team as you desire. [NOTE: The doors are oriented in spawn the same way that the forts are on the battlefield. In other words, the green fort is across from the red fort, and the yellow fort is across from the blue fort. It is therefore recommended that if you are only dividng your players into two teams, you choose forts that are across from each other. For example, gameplay would be more enjoyable if you had 4 players on the red team and 4 players on the green team than if you had 4 on red and 4 on yellow.] Have all players proceed through their assigned doors.

Through the doors, you will find a command block with a button on it. Press this button to be teleported to your assigned fort.

Upon pressing the button, you will be teleported to one of the four forts. Each fort has four chests and beds. If you want to play the game where each player has only one life, do not sleep in the beds. However, if you want to play the game with respawns, have each player sleep in one of the beds in their fort. [NOTE: You will have to set the time to night if you want the players to be able to sleep in the beds. This can be done with the following command: color=rgb(255, 153, 0)]/time set[/color] 18000. Time will not advance to day when the players sleep in their beds. If you want to make it daytime again, use /time set 6000. Also, you have the option to toggle whether or not the players keep their inventory upon death. If you want the players to lose their inventory every time they die, you do not have to do anything. However, if you want their inventories to remain, use /gamerule keepInventory true.] Each player is allowed to take the contents of the chest by their bed. When everyone is ready, the game begins.

In the middle of the map, there is a large rectangular building made of obsidian. Inside this tower is a stone brick pillar, atop which is a sponge. One of the requirements for the winning the game is that the sponge be captured.
Once you have acquired the sponge in your inventory, go back to your fort and place it on the quartz pillar block on the roof of your fort. Congratulations! You've almost won the game! But there is still one more thing to do.

After capturing the sponge, you must go to each of the other forts, destroy the colored wool blocks on the roofs, and replace them with the wool of your team's color, located in the chests in your fort. If you are playing with respawns, you should also destroy the beds in your enemies' forts to prevent them from respawning.
Once you have captured the sponge and all of the other forts, you have won the game.
Well that's about it! Hopefully you'll get many hours of fun and exciting gameplay out of this cool minigame. If you would like to make a YouTube video about this game, feel free -- just be sure to post a link to this page. And please send me a PM with the link to your video. I'd love to see it!
If you're interested in using this map/game idea on your server, PM me and we will discuss it.
I guess that's all folks! Thanks for reading! If you enjoy this map, please feel free to diamond, favorite, and subscribe. Several hours of hard work went into this, so those small gestures are greatly appreciated. If you have any suggestions, please leave a comment!
Thanks,
