I built Ghast Mob Statues for both the normal and the angry variant. I created them at two scales: 1 pixel : 2 blocks and 1 pixel : 4 blocks. The former scale is the one I usually use for my mob statues. Since the pixels on the Ghast texture are way bigger than normal, the latter scale was needed for the statue to be the correct size with respect to the other statues.
The download also includes the "legacy" mob statues.
You can find schematics for LiteMatica and WorldEdit as well as a world with all statues in the download. Feel free to download and use the statues however you like, but please give credit if you do :)

After Mojang updated the Ghast texture, I followed suite.
The new statues have scales 1 pixel : 2 blocks and 1 pixel : 4 blocks (the "legacy" statues at 1:2/ 1:8 are still included in the download)
