How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

Glacier is back with all the new features of current Minecraft!
Ever since 1.8 I've really missed playing on the Glacier seed and now i'm attempting to bring it back.
I tried to load as many 1.7.3 chunks as I could.
If there are any major chunks missing please tell me the coords so I can fix them.
Thanks to CyborgDragon, The creator of McNostalgia, for making this possible.

best way to do its to down grade to say 1.4 the save the word then re-upgrade to the latest version or whatever, am i not right?
