Gather gear, fight foes, and race to the center in this all-new battle royale map brought to you by the Average Map Enjoyers.

If you die, you will enter the pit in which you will fight another dead player for that precious respawn. If you win the pit challenge, you will respawn in the team of your killer. If you lose however, you are eliminated! Last team standing wins!

Fight four custom mobs and use two custom weapons in your battles, including a physics-based ball'n'chain! Break open chests for loot, and get tokens from monsters to upgrade your gear to get an edge over your opponents.

Best played with large groups of people.

- Updated to Minecraft 1.19.2.
- Switched around the "PLAY" and "SPECTATE" platforms.
- Removed a bugged chest.
- Made two of the center chests silver.
- Switched the tokens that mobs drop around: Brutes now drop Power Tokens, Zombies now drop Armor Tokens, and Gremlins now drop Knockback Tokens.
- Fixed arrow button bug.
- Decreased armor points of copper helmet from 2 to 1.
- Gold chests now spawn 2 golden apples instead of 1.
- Modified ball'n'chain mechanics.
- Players now receive a Life Token if they survive The Pit.
- Added a "Pit cooldown" which prevents you from going into The Pit for 4 seconds after escaping it, even if you die.
- Added more loot chests around the map.
- Added gates to the middle of the map that open at 2:30.
- Arrows now regenerate every 30 seconds in the first 2:30 of the game, and every 14 seconds after that.
- Made grenades easier to use.
- Made brutes slightly faster.
- Added tooltips for first-time players.
- Removed shields from silver chests.
- Zombies now give subtle knockback.
- Brute knockback is now more horizontal than vertical.
- Grenades and thrown gremlins no longer damage teammates.
- Fixed a bug where you could pick up multiple gremlins.
- Modified movements of gremlins when being held.
- Tracking compass now works in every hotbar slot.
- Fixed inventory slot highlighting.

I tryed playing this on my server and every time we would start the game we would get in the game and it would start, and in a few seconds it would said one of us won without killing nobody. What should I do?

In all this is a really cool map just whish we could play it.

Really good PVE map! I love the custom enemies, weapons and the style of it! Reminds me of paid content for bedrock a lot!

Great map ! Could you release a resource pack covering all the combat item (and blocks, maybe) with the same look as the ones in the map ? I would love to use it everywhere !

It should be pretty straightforward to make those models apply to the vanilla items without the custom model data if you know a thing or two about models. If you get stuck, you can join my Discord server and ask about it and I can explain how to do it. Unfortunately I don't think I have time to release a resource pack like this officially though.

Is really good but me and my friends found that the Worms were a little too op. only being able to kill with ez if you had a morning star (ball and chain). We did like it a lot and wish there were team adventure modes like players vs enemies in wave battles or exploration mode where you go through a dungeon to fight the bosses.



Overall this is a great game mode. the only glitch we found was the mods except for the Worm to be stuck in the spawner.

Hmm, making a dungeon crawler with these kinds of mobs and weapons would be fascinating. I'll be sure to keep that idea in mind.

The glitch you refer to with the mobs getting stuck in the spawner, I'm not familiar with it. Can you replicate it and record it?

Hello, me and a couple friends are big fans on this map and it's insane how much you managed to pull off in just a jam map. I do have a question though, how is the map so easy on performance? You're using custom textures with lots of depth in the models etc. but it runs very smooth with no FPS lag, I was wondering if there was any trick that you used to do this.

The models themselves are frugal with minimal elements used. They were made by the master modeler Wackyblocks. Another key for maintaining smooth FPS and a clean 20 TPS is to not do so much every tick that has to be sent to the clients constantly. This usually entails lots of block updates, particles, etc. Other than the tech behind the entities, the map is quite minimalistic, and even that is hyper-optimized.
