This is the first house in my much larger project, the city of Toastville. I'm not entirely sure whether or not it is modern, but we might as well call it as such. I livestreamed the making of this house on my youtube channel, which you can find here. Much of the house was some shade in the grayscale spectrum, originally being a feel of stone elements. The texture pack used is the UTB texture pack, look it up.
Also, try using end rods for lights. works nicely.
