Be kind it's my first submission.

This is actually based on a real modern house in Hawaii called Lavaflow 7. I was really taken with the house and wanted to try and build it. You can find the original here
I've tried to keep simple and open plan. I'm loving using the Flows HD texture pack, and in this pack I think the plain concrete is quite striking.

Additional Notes

Used a couple of cool mods to prevent ice melting and fire spreading, although on this one, I've not built a fire.

Looks awesome with shaders, and will be up on youtube at some point. I am hoping to use as part of my application to get onto Keralis as a builder.
