The MarkII4-97 Ground to Air Assualt Carrier is one of the prime feats of elecrical and steam energy in the 11th province's Army, and has been deployes in some of the most major battles and conflicts in 11's history. Although it is too large to be ferried in by airship, is a main part of the 11th province's Army. It's current method of cross-ocean transport, is to be shipped by Super Tanker Carrier, and then deployed on the coast, where it can then travel on land to its destination.

It is outfitted with one of the most high powered engines that is currently possible to build, and one of the first to also produce electricity alongside steam, the V89-7T STEAM-ELECTRICAL MOTOR. It can provide massive amounts of power to help traction, runway monitoring, anti-air trafficking, even the targeting grid. With this engine, the Assualt Carrier can reach speeds up to 70mph, but of course this speed can only be reached if there are no aircraft on deck, or if they are secured down to the runway.

This Assualt Carrier can hold up to 16 aircraft and 5 attack vehicles at maximum capacity, and has a crew of up to 32. This includes engineers, science personell, matianance crew, soldiers, pilots, drivers, everyone. This provides a suffiecient, working machine, which has proved to be massively effective in the battlefield, devastating enemy forces, and ploughing through with barely a scrape.
