This is Halo: Prisoner of Shadows.
Based around a Spartan 2 on the planet of Staellorion in between the time of Halo 3 and 4 .
it (will) has twenty multiplayer maps, seven firefight maps, three forge worlds, working campaign with DLCs (free), armour customisation, and an uncountable amount of everything.
I will put it into this website with a world download, but currently I am working on Xbox.
i am more than halfway through the campaign and I am working on a Heckar Taa pattern Blockade runner as a set piece for the campaign, but it will be available in Forge as is almost everything.
And yes, there are moving vehicles
