The Bakerstown Project

Yes this building was once a luxary hotel. Built in 1925, It was the finest in Bakerstown but due to the bad local economy in the 1970's and closed about 20 years later. In 2019 it reopened as apartments and brings a part of New York City living to Bakerstown. The lobby is not done but I should be able to make it a lot like the building that it is based off of in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I should get that done here soon unless I get inspiration to build another building or life happends.
